Posted by Michael Russell on Jan 27, 10 06:18 PM in

Reggae singers, African drumming and Irish dancing will be among the highlights at a fundraiser for the victims of the Haiti earthquake on Saturday.

It will be held at the Priory Community Centre in Acton Lane, Acton from 6.30pm.

It has been organised by Descendants, a charity which runs activities for children and young people, primarily of African and Caribbean descent.

The group have already raised more than £375 selling nearly new unwanted Christmas presents at Acton market for the past two Saturdays.

More will be on sale tomorrow as well as a raffle and other entertainment.
Call Margaret Noel on 07745 889 521 to find out more.
