Sizzling Hot School In Acton

Mrs Malik, who has lived in Acton for the past year, is hoping to make cooking more accessible and her school is aimed at people interested in mixing flavours and experimenting with food.

The 37-year-old said: "I want to make people aware of real food and to teach them about spices and flavours.

"For me the best cooking in the world demystifies and encourages, it allows everyone to experience sensual pleasures of the excellent ingredients with passion and flair.

"My cooking takes flavours of the East and combines them with fantastic British ingredients to create a new style of Eastern inspired food.

"Cooking to stimulate all our five tastes, is something I'm passionate about."

Mrs Malik rented out number six Churchfield road and has refurbished the building to include the cooking school and a deli selling her trademark Indian pesto.

Her classes are for children, teenagers and adults and courses run throughout the week.

The school will also offer stag and hen do's, birthday parties and corporate events.
