Acton Carnival

This year's Acton Carnival is set to dazzle and enthral crowds as they join in the procession and lap up the entertainment.

Hundreds are expected to flock to the start of the procession at Woodlands Park at midday before moving on to Acton Park.

Food from around the world and arts and crafts will be sold and crowds will be entertained by music and dancing later in the evening.

Councillor Phil Taylor, Cabinet Member for Customer and Community Services, said: "This is the first time Acton Carnival has been part of the council's Ealing Summer programme, but it is another great value local event.

"It's terrific to be involved in this exciting event, which has proved itself popular among the community for a number of years.

"There is lots of family fun to be had and I am sure it will be a great success."

Acton Carnival will take place on Saturday July 11 between 12-7pm at Acton Park.
Tickets cost £1 for adults and is free for the under 12s.
