Open day at fitness club

An exclusive health and fitness club in Acton is throwing open its doors to members of the public tomorrow (15).

All are welcome to drop in to Virgin Active, in Bromyard Avenue, to try out the facilities and talk to staff about joining.

The centre includes high-tech gym equipment, a 25 metre swimming pool and kids' pool, a luxurious spa and a cafe.

It also offers outdoor tennis courts and three all-weather football pitches.
