Free food in Acton tonight

Restaurants in Acton will supply food at a meeting tonight (20) to discuss the future of an Acton street.

L'Oriental, Three Spice and Kalinka will supply the open meeting at St Mary's Church Hall in The Mount, which will follow the AGM of Churchfield Community Association at 7.30pm.

Councillors, officers and residents will discuss the future of shopping in Churchfield Road following the closure of the post office and chemist.

Elections will also be held for executive members to steer the association over the coming year.
