Disabled factory offers business support

Posted by Dan Hodges on Oct 16, 08 03:57 PM in

A factory staffed by disabled workers in Acton will hold an open day to encourage other businesses to get involved.

Remploy helps people with disabilities find mainstream jobs and employs dozens of disabled workers to assemble electrical and mechanical products at its Gypsy Corner site.

Employers are invited to the Portal Way factory on Thursday, October 30 to see how they can work with Remploy to meet corporate social responsibility targets. It will run from 12pm to 3pm.
